License Information and terms

There are three types of licenses available for UltimateZip: Personal, Business and Educational. The type of license you will need to purchase depends how UltimateZip will be used. Pricing is the same; however Personal users are limited to a maximum of 9 licenses.

You may not distribute or sell your Business-licensed copies of UltimateZip to your customers, nor include your licensed copies of UltimateZip in your product

Personal (Home Use):
Home users of UltimateZip requiring licenses only for personal computers fall under this category. Personal licenses are lifetime with free upgrades to all future versions of UltimateZip. Home users may purchase licenses for up to 9 computers. If you need to purchase more than 9 licenses, you must obtain a Business license.

Business (Commercial Use):
Companies deploying UltimateZip and individuals using UltimateZip on a work computer, including government employees, will need a Business license. Business licenses are lifetime with free upgrades to the next two major releases of UltimateZip and all maintenance updates in between.

A Business license for UltimateZip entitles an organization or a company to receive one copy of UltimateZip, and to duplicate the software as necessary for use within the organization, on the specified number of seats.

Educational:
For educational licenses, please contact us at: order@ultimatezip.com.
Please send us information about your institute (name and address are required).
We only give out educational licenses from 10 lisenses up. If you need less than 10 licenses, please order personal licenses.

Order:
For orders processing we use ShareIt! companies services - world's leading e-commerce provider for software and shareware sales via the Internet. ShareIt! is the seller of our products and your contractual partner.

Affiliate program

The UltimateZip Affiliate Program is an great opportunity for you to earn money by promoting our software. For every sale you generate, you will receive 20% of the sale amount. We welcome anyone, from people maintaining a small personal homepage to large scaled organizations.

Our affiliate program is based on the ShareIt affiliate Affiliate Service. ShareIt processes all orders and also handles all payments to affiliates.

Signing up

Signing up is easy and free. You just need to fill a sign-up form. There are no special requirements for affiliates except you must have an active site to become an affiliate.

After your account is created by ShareIt (usually within one business day) and activated by us you'll receive e-mail with your affiliate ID and password for theaffiliate's Control Panel at ShareIt. After it you may link to our site.

How does it work

When you become a member of the ShareIt Affiliate Service, ShareIt will provide you with ordering links that are unique for you. Then, every time a customer orders one of our products using one of your unique links, you will get a 20% commission for each program sold. Even if the customer doesn't order just then, you will still receive credit because ShareIt is using cookies that track where the customers first have heard about our products. So, ShareIt will be able to give you credit no matter when or where the customer finally decides to buy
